The Immigration Services Department is established under Section 4(1) of the Immigration Act of 1995 Chapter 54 as amended by Act No.8 of 2015.  It gives the Department the authority to control and facilitate immigration issues in the United Republic of Tanzania. The Department is one of the security organs under Ministry of Home Affairs.

 Mission

To facilitate and control movements of persons through implementation of relevant Laws and Regulations in order to safeguard national security and economic interests.

This is a new service that enables an applicant to fill out an Electronic Passport Application Form electronically from anywhere.  After completing the form, he / she will be required to print and submit it along with other documents to the Immigration Office nearest to him to process his Passport application.

 For an Applicant who begins to complete the Passport application form electronically for the first time (even if he / she has never had a passport).

2. Promote Request Of Tanzania Passport 

Applicant who has completed the passport application form electronically and has reached the point of receiving the Request Number.  This action will give him the opportunity to update his information or Download and publish his form.  It is an important step in developing the Client's request that did not reach the final stage.

3. Request Tracking Of Tanzania Passport
