Tanzanian Prime Minister Kassim Majaliwa has instructed Iringa Regional Commissioner (RC) Ally Happi to follow up on the office of Kilolo district chief Asia Abdallah who, among other things, has rejected 10 drivers. The move is based on 14 staff members including 10 drivers being evacuated after District Commissioner Asia Abdallah claimed they were not working properly. However, the Prime Minister said it was important for leaders to recognize their responsibilities in the execution of their duties as well as to recognize, care for and value all cadres including drivers, so it is best to prepare them by giving them timely guidance as they are human and family.
